In this Gospel Revolution Powercast, Mike Williams and Beres Bartlett discuss the early history of the Christian church. Beres specifically cites the demarcations of who said what about the gospel from the New Testament writers to the early church fathers. It wasn’t until a few hundred years after Christ that the institutional doctrines of the church were established, chiefly the doctrine of eternal punishment after death. It was then that a complete departure was made from the redemption of all to a mandatory moral system of performance.
