This week we head back to the Second Temple:
- We review the glory of the first temple compared to the lack of glory in the second temple and answer the question, what purpose does the second temple serve?
- We examine the statement Yeshua made “my house should be called a house of prayer FOR ALL PEOPLE, and you’ve made it a den of thieves” (which is found in the prophet Isaiah).
- With a clear understanding of the second temple and the context of Matthew 24 we explore the “abomination of desolation”. We look to the prophecies in Daniel that give an exact time frame before, during, and after this “event”. Michael’s famous statement “when the what becomes a who” unlocks the understanding to this wonderful prophecy.
