Daniel starts the show by greeting those listening to this in the year 2090. Then Michael hilariously fails in an attempt to make-up a slogan for that year, but Daniel tells us about the one he just heard for this year, “2024 – The Year for More”. Frivolity and poignancy ensue about all of that and continue as the guys begin an excellent preview about next month’s Calgary Grace Conference on the Science of Creation.
“You are going to be thrilled beyond ‘thrill-ation,” says the Founder and President of the Gospel Revolution, making up a new word and predicting the response with another “new word”. “It’s going to be ‘thrillacating’…It is all in the Hebrew Scriptures…These idiots are out there trying to say man was created in God’s image but woman wasn’t!”
These are not the only “new words”, strong statements and jocularity we experience in the hour and a half. While the seriousness of our financial situation is brought-up, it is delivered with humor, too, and the important reminder that “We may be making up our own words but we are not making up our own Gospel. It’s the same Gospel!”
