I see this as speaking about himself, Paul and others preaching the true gospel. Consider them carefully. Then later tells them to convince them that have the rule over you and submit yourself as they watch over your souls and must give account to their leaders. So submit so they can do it with joy and not grief for that would cause harm to you. And yes Mike got it I believe, so I can come back to you again. Wow you two are just so so so beautiful. Now it makes sense!
