That Cannot Be Destroyed
The Body Document Series
Document 4 o 4
Document One established the Logos in beginning and the Torah as the body document in written form. Document Two examined the body showing what the document had always said. Document Three examined the body document wrapped and sealed in the tomb, the institution sealing what it could not contain, the document opening itself from the inside on the third day, the grave cloths folded and set aside.
This document examines what the resurrection declares about the nature of the document itself. Not what it proves about life after death. Not what it confirms about Yeshua’s identity as a supernatural figure. What it proves about the Logos, the document of the divine nature, and why the document that was in beginning before anything was made cannot be destroyed by anything that was made after the beginning.
The resurrection is not primarily the proof that a dead man came back to life. It is the proof that the document cannot be destroyed. The Logos was in beginning before the body took form. The body was destroyed. The Logos raised what was destroyed. Because the document is prior to the form it inhabits.
Prior to Every Form
The Logos was in beginning, Yochanan 1:1. Before the Paleo-Hebrew pictures were drawn. Before the Torah was written. Before the tzelem of Yeshua was formed in the womb of Miriam in first century Judea. The document of the divine nature is prior to and independent of every form through which it has been expressed.
This is the foundational declaration that makes the resurrection not a miracle requiring special explanation but the only possible outcome. The Aramaic square script covered the Paleo-Hebrew pictures, but the pictures were always still there underneath the abstract strokes. The covering was placed over the form in which the document had been expressed. The document itself was not touched by the covering. The pictures were always present under the strokes. Waiting for eyes opened to see them.
The tomb sealed the body, but the Logos that had moved into the tzelem was not extinguished when the tzelem was destroyed. The covering was placed over the form in which the document had been expressed in flesh. The document itself was not touched by the sealing. The Logos was always present. On the third day the document raised the form it had inhabited. Because the document is the life of the form. In him was life, Yochanan 1:4. The life is in the document. The form receives the life from the document. When the form is destroyed the document that was the life of the form remains. And the document raised what had been destroyed.
Paul said in Colossians 1:17, he is before all things and in him all things hold together. Before all things. The Logos prior to everything it inhabits and holds together. The same Logos that holds the creation together held the tzelem of Yeshua together in the tomb for three days and then raised it on the third day. Not because the physical processes of death were reversed by a supernatural intervention from outside. Because the document that is prior to all things and holds all things together was inside the tomb raising what it had always been holding.
The Logos is prior to every form it inhabits. The pictures are prior to the strokes placed over them. The document is prior to the body it moved into. When the form is destroyed the document remains, and raises what was destroyed. The inside is always stronger than the outside.
He Cannot Deny Himself
Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 2:13, if we are faithless he remains faithful for he cannot deny himself. This is the most precise statement of why the document cannot be destroyed.
He cannot deny himself. The Logos is the self-declaration of YHWH. The document of the divine nature. YHWH cannot be unfaithful to his own nature. He cannot declare himself as the hand and the nail and the behold and then be something other than the hand and the nail and the behold. He cannot seal the covenant for all who slept while Avraham was unconscious in the darkness and then unseal what was sealed. He cannot declare the covenant of peace that will never be removed, Isaiah 54:10, and then remove it. He cannot be what the document declares him to be and simultaneously be the opposite of what the document declares him to be.
The resurrection is the most visible expression of this. The cross appeared to be the destruction of the document. The institutional management of the covenant testimony had sealed the document in the tomb. By every visible measure the declaration was finished. The document had been destroyed. But YHWH cannot deny himself. The Logos cannot cease to be the Logos. The document of the divine nature cannot be extinguished by the destruction of the form it inhabited. And on the third day the document demonstrated what it had always been, the life of everything it inhabits, the coherence of everything that holds together, the one in whom all things cohere — by raising the form that had been destroyed.
Not because YHWH chose to perform a miraculous intervention. Because YHWH cannot be other than what YHWH is. The faithfulness is not a decision made after the unfaithfulness appears. The faithfulness is the nature of the document. He cannot deny himself. The document raised the body because the document is what it is and what it is cannot be changed by what was done to the form it inhabited.
He cannot deny himself. The document cannot cease to be the document. The Logos cannot cease to be the Logos. The resurrection is not a miraculous decision made after the death. It is the nature of the document expressing itself through the only outcome consistent with what the document is.
The Covenant That Cannot Be Removed
Isaiah 54:9-10. This is like the days of Noach to me. As I swore that the waters of Noach should no more go over the earth so I have sworn that I will not be angry with you and will not rebuke you. For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed but my steadfast love shall not depart from you and my covenant of peace shall not be removed, says YHWH who has compassion on you.
The covenant of peace that cannot be removed is not a promise made by a being who might change his mind. It is the declaration of the document that cannot deny itself. The Logos sealing for all who slept, for all flesh, for Avraham sleeping in the darkness of Genesis 15, for the disciples scattered at Gethsemane, for everyone who has ever been in the condition of sleep, of darkness, of separation from the participatory presence of YHWH, the unconditional completion of what the covenant required.
The institutional management of the covenant testimony made the covenant of peace conditional. Conditional on correct belief. Conditional on correct institutional membership. Conditional on ongoing performance and maintained standing. The institution always makes the document conditional on the institution. Because an unconditional document needs no institution to manage it.
But the document is unconditional. YHWH sealed it while Avraham slept, in the condition of unconsciousness, in the darkness, without the human party participating or feeling or experiencing or believing anything. The covenant was sealed for the condition of the human party at its most incapable, asleep, in the dark, unable to do anything to maintain or lose the covenant being sealed for them. The document sealed in that condition cannot be made conditional by any institution that arose afterward. The sealing happened before the institution existed. The sealing was for the condition of sleep and darkness and incapacity that the institution cannot reach.
And the resurrection confirmed it. The document that sealed the covenant for all who slept is the same document that cannot be destroyed. The Logos that raised the body on the third day is the same Logos whose covenant of peace cannot be removed. The covenant holds not because the human party holds it. The covenant holds because the Logos holds. Because the document cannot deny itself. Because he swore by himself, YHWH swearing by YHWH because there is no one greater, and the oath of the one who swore by himself is not subject to the weather of human circumstance or the management of institutional religion.
The covenant was sealed for the condition of sleep and darkness, when the human party was most incapable of maintaining it. The document that sealed it cannot be destroyed. The resurrection proved what the covenant always depended on, not the human party’s faithfulness but the Logos that cannot deny itself.
For All Flesh
Forever
This is where the four documents of the body document series arrive.
Document One: in beginning was the document. The Logos before anything was made. The Torah as the body document in written form, not about him, it is him. The Paleo-Hebrew pictures as the document in drawn form, the Logos expressing his identity in the shape of the letters that spell his own name.
Document Two: the body showing what the document had always said. Thomas and the Vav in the hands. The woman and the coherence restored at the hem. The disciples on the road with hearts burning while the document opened its own written form to show them its subject.
Document Three: the body document wrapped and sealed. The institution sealing what it could not contain, the same hand that had covered the pictures for five hundred years sealing the body in the tomb. The three days, the covenant completion signature. The document opening itself from the inside before any human hand touched the seal. The grave cloths folded. In a place by itself.
Document Four: the document that cannot be destroyed. Prior to every form it inhabits. Unable to deny itself. The covenant of peace permanent not because the human party maintains it but because the Logos that sealed it cannot be other than what it is. For all who slept. For all flesh. From Adam.
The document was in beginning before anything was made. The document declared itself in Paleo-Hebrew pictures that anyone who could see a drawing could read. The document became a body and showed in flesh what the pictures had always been drawing. The body was wrapped and sealed by the institution that had been covering the document for five hundred years. The document opened itself from the inside on the third day. The grave cloths were folded. The document cannot be destroyed. The covenant sealed for all who slept is permanent. For all flesh. For everyone who was asleep when it was sealed for them. For everyone who has ever drawn the neshamah of YHWH and lived in the tzelem of the one whose document they are.
Not about them. It is them. The tzelem bearing the image of the document. The body document and the image-bearing creation as one declaration of the same Logos. In beginning. In flesh. In the covenant sealed in the darkness. In the resurrection confirming it cannot be destroyed. In the covenant of peace that cannot be removed. For all flesh. Forever.
The Logos was in beginning. The Logos became flesh. The Logos was sealed in the tomb. The Logos opened the tomb from the inside. The Logos cannot be destroyed. The covenant the Logos sealed for all who slept cannot be removed. For all flesh. Forever.
