In Watchman Nees book The Normal Christian Life pg. 43 he says that in Rom6:6 KJV the word katargeo does not mean destroyed but to render entirely idle or made ineffective or inactive—–Question in Heb. 2:14 was the devil destroyed or just made inactive or idled (supposedly in the life of a believer?)
