The comparison between Christianity, Christian Mysticism, and Redemptionism continues in this week’s Powercast.
Michael Lilborn Williams, Don Beres Bartlett, and Daniel Rouse turn to Romans 9 to see what the Apostle Paul has to say about the first Adam and the new creation. How were those of the Old Testament created for destruction and wrath while those of the New Covenant were created for mercy?
We compare the KJV and Greek New Testament to Francois Du Toit’s Mirror Bible to show a contrast between the three views of the Gospel. During the comparison Michael is left speechless!

Hi Mike
You asked for a Scripture that says God was never angry, would the following work as a good enough reason to think that God may never take into account wrongs and was not angry? 1 John 4:7-21 especially v8 & v16 for God is love.
Perhaps the best description of Love is 1 Corinthians 13 ” 4 Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, 5 does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, 6 does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 7 [b]bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
I think that v5 is often translated as keeping no record of wrongs which may be why some of us are exploring if God was ever angry
Love and Peace
Hardcore Evangelicals are convinced that only 5% of humanity will be saved from destruction. I don’t know where they come up with that number, but according to one of my siblings 95% of humanity will go to hell. He bases that information on the broad road and narrow road Jesus used as a parable in the Sermon on the Mount. He accused me of being a heretic and apostate for saying, “ALL humanity will be saved because of God’s mercy.” He insisted that God rejects those who reject the cross. Of course he cherry picked Bible verses from the tree of bullshit. He believes God’s pissed at humanity, which is why nature causes all of the bad stuff to people to happen. I’m headed to hell because talking about God’s love and mercy. What would y’all tell my sibling who happens to be a pastor and witnessing guru?
