“It’s like going on a quest to discover an answer… and we’ve done that!” — Don’s response to our quest on the Apollos Project. This week’s Powercast begins with more historical and contextual evidence that Apollos is the author of Hebrews.
Moving on in this journey through Hebrews Chapter 9, Mike and Don take us through the outer courts, past the sanctuary, and into the Holy of Holies. What can we learn from the different elements in the temple? How do they relate to the Gospel?
Mike also brings an answer to one of the big questions presented in Christianity; What exactly was accomplished at the cross?
Get ready to be saved with this week’s dose of C.P.R. of the Gospel.
Shalom,

I love your ” read it and wing it ” approach. It’s fun to witness the learning process as you two break things down. “Reality Preaching”, it should be a TV show actually.
I must say, Don is the most humorous Gospel teacher. Mike has always been very entertaining but that Geico Gecko voice tips it in Don’s favor. What a great team you guys are.
WOW – Good swing music at the end, a rare thing here at GR.
Regarding the veil or vail in Exodus 26 v 31 it had Cherubim embroidered on it. In Genesis 3 v 24 God put Cherubim to prevent man reaching the tree of life. Ps 99 v1 He sits between the cherubim. So when the vail was rent from top to bottom at the death of Jesus on the cross the cherubim were parted and the way to life was open.
Oh my. I am so grateful to you two and so glad I stayed with this 20+ year long study to come to this place of such excitement such truth and such understanding of the true freedom Christ has given. I don’t have enough words to relay my joy and feeling of security. To know and to understand. WOW
